All Fix24 provides home service solutions including but not limited to electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, housekeeping, and house decoration. We connect customers with verified service professionals.
Booking and Cancellation
- All service bookings must be made through our official channels (phone, WhatsApp, or website)
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are subject to change based on service requirements
- Payment must be made upon completion of service
- We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods
- Additional charges may apply for materials and emergency services
Service Quality and Warranty
- We guarantee professional and quality service from verified technicians
- Warranty period varies based on the type of service provided
- Any issues with completed work must be reported within 48 hours
- We will address genuine complaints and provide rectification if needed
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the service required
- Ensure safe working conditions for our professionals
- Be present at the service location or designate an authorized representative
- Provide necessary permissions and access to complete the work
Liability
All Fix24 is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damages or defects not identified during initial assessment
- Damages caused by customer negligence or improper use
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damage to customer property not directly related to our service
Intellectual Property
All content on the All Fix24 website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of All Fix24 and protected by intellectual property laws.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
Changes to Terms
